Need to send something back?

No problem — we want you to be happy with every purchase from Seval. Simply return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll process your refund.

Before you return, please note:

• Items must be returned in the same condition you received them — unworn, with all tags still attached.

• Please take care when trying things on. Items marked with make-up, fake tan, or similar products unfortunately cannot be accepted for a refund.

• We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning your parcel, as items lost in the post cannot be refunded.

• Hold onto your postage receipt until your refund has reached your account.

• Please note that we do not offer free prepaid returns — return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
